DNS Server Technitium on Raspberry Pi

Hello, thank you for such a great software - I am looking forward to check everything out!

My question:
How can I include my DNS Server Technitium (Adblocker) on a Raspberry Pi?

I have this setup:
PC and RPi are connected to one router.
Now I want the traffic go to the RPi first and then to the VPN.

How do I accomplish that?

It has nothing to do with SoftEther. Ask about generic VPN-DNS solutions on a Linux forum.
