Since some months ago, I've started to get error 13 on VPN Connections. I'm not sure if it could be some configuration problem, government blocking IPs or servers blocking non-local IPs.
Is there any way I can verify this to try to see if I can fix it?

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69441ERR_13 Time-out occurred during VPN session communication. It is possible the connection from the client to the VPN Server has been disconnected.

Is there any detailed guide on disabling NAT/T? I read something about opening ports but seems those users are hosting the server instead.solo wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 11:03 amviewtopic.php?f=7&t=69441ERR_13 Time-out occurred during VPN session communication. Re: Constant Error 13
"Unacceptable operation. Use the VPN Gate Utility to modify the connection settings for VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers."
Do I have to manually copy the VPN settings so I can do this? Thanks in advance
EDIT: Manually configuring a VPN from https://www.vpngate.net/en/ worked:
Settings:
On "Destination VPN Server":
- Host name: Whatever that appears in the host name column

- Port number: Check "Disable NAT-T"

- Virtual Hub Name: VPNGATE

- Auth Type: Anonymous authentication

- User Name: vpn
