I have two sites with two Internet lines on each site.

on ach site are a softether Server.

is it possible to create two cascade Connections over each Internet Connection ?

I'm not sure if i make a Loop with this ?

It's possible.
Please do not make multiple link to avoid making a loop.

1. Create two VPN servers on LAN1.
2. Create VPN bridge on LAN2.
3. Configure routing table on LAN2.
LAN2--Gateway1------internet------>Gateway3--LAN1
--Gateway2------internet------>Gateway4--
4. Create two cascade connections on VPN bridge for each gateway on LAN1.

Please use STP switch or Link-aggregation.
