I have the server installed and several remote computers can already connect using the client.
I have one computer that cannot connect (Error Code 1). When setting up the Connection details, this computer does not get any Virtual Hub information from the server when the host address is entered. This is my first clue that the sever-client comms are getting interrupted somewhere.
Using another computer on the same remote network, I have been able to connect. This tells me the local router is not preventing access.
I have also disabled all firewall rules on the problematic computer, and am still unable to connect.
I suspect the problematic laptop (Windows 10 Pro) has some group policy that is preventing this connection, but I can't find any information about it.
