SoftEther VPN Client for Android/iOS

Are there any plans for the SoftEther VPN project to develop a native client for Android and/or iOS? I currently connect my Android and iOS via L2TP/IPsec to my server but the desktop clients, since they allow the use of certificates, are much more secure and stable.
