Ports wich are not in Listener List

Suddenly I found udp ports 40000, and in week 40001 with my server public ip, opened by vpnserver process. This ports are not in listener list, and I didn't add it. Is it something to worry about?

SoftEther VPN server listens such port number for UDP communication or NAT-T etc.
