OpenVPN Server Configuration

Hello,

I have some OpenVPN Clients that should connect to the Softeher Server. When I connect with OpenVPN I get no route pushed to my subnet but I get an IP Address from my DHCP Server. If I add manually the route for the VPN Subnet then I can ping the VPN server but then I cannot ping other subnets even when I add the routes. If I connect with the Softether Client it works without problem and I can ping also remotes subnets. I use the layer 3 function of OpenVPN because I want to have only routing and not a bridge.
