I'm new to SoftEther, but a friend set up one VPN Connection for me and is working good. But I want to know what I need before I can create my own VPN connection. Do I need VPS or what ?
I have downloaded both the SoftEther VPN Client Manager and SoftEther VPN Server Manager, but I don't know how to go about it. HELP HELP HELP. thank you.

I want to know the type of server that can bypass a 3G moderm for free internet. A friend is using that type of server but he don't want to share and his Hostname is : sl.mypet.sw his server can bypass the 3G moderm and browse through the Internet free when he conmects the SoftEther VPN. I want to know the server and the settings to get the same access.
