I am using an OVH VPS with a static IP running Debian. I have installed Softether Server on there through command line and configure it remotely through my computer at home. The home computer I have using a cascade connection to the OVH server and I am able to successfully connect and get an IP address from my DHCP on my router using local bridge. All my IP addresses are showing, but I have two that are 169.254.. addresses.
Why are these addresses showing up with high packet transmission?

Are these two computers in your home network?
Did you check a packet log?
