New User: Want to maintain VPNgate [uses SoftEther VPN] & regular internet access but problem once exit VPNgate. Regular internet access is slow and gets slower.
Hello;
I'm new to VPN and after several miss-starts I found and installed SoftEther VPN via VPNgate. Was able to get the program to run and work well. However, when I logged off VPNgate and tried to use my regular internet access, it was very slow, and got slower. I had to uninstall VPNgate (using Windows Safe Mode) completely to restore regular internet access. Not exactly sure why but believe there is either a conflict or software hang. But I don't know how to find or fix.
Any help trying to find the actual issue and solution would be appreciated, thanks.
