Redirect user-mode secureNAT default bind() NIC adapter via networkadapterselector

By default,user-mode secureNAT binds on windows os interface 0.0.0.0 [means default windows ALL possible NIC adapters],if a pro user need to change such behaviour,the bind() in user-mode secureNAT should be changed manaully,not automatically determined by user-mode secureNAT or windows os

You can create a release to package software, along with release notes and links to binary files, for other people to use.

There is no installer nor uninstaller and this project is abandoned because it most likely does not work on Windows 10+.
