Big thank you to all volunteers and developers!
Hello everyone, i just wanted to leave a quick message to thank the University of Tsukuba, the developers, and all the amazing volunteers who keep running their VPN Gate servers. We really appreciate your work and your dedication. Thank you so much!

My thanks too to 'Board Admin' and a tounge-in-cheek (?spelling?) greeting to 'bored admin' for his activities on a sunday afternoon.
I'm back on board again after several years of absence.
This time I'm preparing (donated) older Win10 PCs to be further donated to people who wouldn't otherwise be able to participate in the required German language proficiency-tests. In order for them to be able to safely survive on today's Internet I'll be installing the softether suite both on their (newly refurbished) hardened Debian13 Laptops as well as the (donated) FreedomBoxen I'm setting up as Proof-of-Principle for the administrators of their (School/Kindergarten/Jugendfeuerwehr/Church) to play around with, kick the tires and formulate the needs of their respective communities. I haven't yet contacted any of the Moshees in my area primarily because I haven't yet mastered the art of providing multi-cultural multi-lingual support accross so many different Keyboards and character-sets and $LOCALEs. I'm interested in anything we might have in the way of documentation across several Languages and levels of expertise to explain the workings and concepts behind basic survival in a challenging Internet.
At the moment I've got more questions than answers - so I'll be back with further (off-topic) issues as they arise.
