What IDE is needed on windows server 2025 in order to recompile the softether client and server from scratch?
.NET framework 3.5 are missing due to windows server 2025 is modified by a VPS manager [ which i mean i cannot easily fix this on a programmar's own]
And i see softether needs gcc cmake to build,but as a programmer is working on a windows server 2025 machine,what actually is required to install in order to build softether VPN from the ground up? Only visual studio 2026 community does work on my windows server 2025 machine
