Connected but IP doesn't change

I have not use this VPN for a while. Last time I used this VPN was about half years ago. At that time i can easily use it. But about few weeks ago when i tried to use it again it doesn't work anymore. The apps indicating my PC was connected while the IP checker showed my IP doesn't change. I have tried to allow the apps at firewall setting even turn off the firewall but it seem doesn't work. Is there anyone ever experience the same problem or understand how to fix this? (Thank you and sorry for my English)

it is not possible because if you are connected your ip address will change SIZE=1 COLOR=#FFFFFF basketbros
