Possible to send EMAIL on connect / disconnect?

I did not see anything in the SoftEther Manager to enable emailing connection attempts.

I didn't see anything recorded in Windows Event Viewer that could trigger an email, either.

Is there a way to have an email sent when a user connects or disconnects?
