IPSec only client support

IPSec only client support

Is there any way to let the IPSec only client connect to the VPN server? I tried NCP client for android, The client can pass phase I and II but I can't see the session connected in server side. Refer to the helpdesk's suggestion, The client is only support IPSec VPN. I would like to know how can I set the server to support this kind of android vpn client?

I found the answer in the preview thread. softether is not support IPSec.
