Blocking access to other users using the VPN

I would like to know how to block users from seeing each other on the LAN

I saw that someone got it working with the access list here http://www.vpnusers.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2817 but could not quite reproduce the steps

You can use privacy filter mode in the security policies.
