Any IP address on a bridged physical interface is inaccessible to clients through the VPN connection. This is why the SoftEther documentation recommends having a second LAN interface dedicated to bridging in the SoftEther server.
An alternative, which is described elsewhere in this forum, is to create a tap interface in the SoftEther server and add it to the same virtual hub as the physical bridged interface. A layer-3 routing configuration is another.
