Are you asking for a generated OpenVPN profile for the specified Hub in your VPS?
If so, you can download the Softether Server Manager for Windows at http://www.softether-download.com/
Login to your server using that tool and then click OpenVPN/MS-SSTP settings, then click Generate a Sample Configuration File for OpenVPN Clients.
