GLOBE VPN throtteling in Philippines

GLOBE (ISP) is actively throtteling VPN by 90% in Philippines,
does anyone know how to bypass this ?

So server #192 has Cumulative transfers of 617Mbps on 298 sessions.

Consider yourself lucky with ~30Mbps which is an excellent result for such a busy server. It has nothing to do with GLOBE (ISP).

You are wrong, GLOBE HAS acknowleged they are throttling,...
I tested the same setup from Singapore and got much better results (70%)
