The vpn.packetix.net:443 virtual hub seems 1000 times powerful than vpnazure.net!!!!!
So how actually vpn.packetix.net:443 works? Basically unbelievably easy
1.It runs on a japan-pysically hosted networking server, which is responsible for maintaining the operation of public access vpn.packetix.net:443 and security patching on behalf of the end user(even the virtual hub user cannot perform operation maintence to the virtual hub (vpn.packetix.net:443)!!!
2.If you own a self hosted cloud-VPS or just a regular PC you can perform administrative tasks on it,and you have the ability to host a softether vpn bridge role running on it ,then you configure the vpn bridge to Layer-2 bridge the vpn.packetix.net:443 virtual hub with your own configured user details, please also note you handle the DHCP on/off parameters based on your need, there's no single correct answer on whether the switch should turned ON/OFF on virtual DHCP / NAT function settings
3.As 1.mentioned,the vpn.packetix.net:443 is maintained by japan hosted networking infrastructure, you don't actually own/operate/run/maintain this virtual hub locally/inside your vps,you can assume as long as there's internet access inside the VPS/inside your work PC,then the IP address of the virtual hub would just works as it suggests(whether the firewall will block the vpn.packetix.net:443 ip addres is another topic, and in this thread it's an off topic)
