unable to Install and run Softether with error "Installation of the Adapter device driver failed."

Hello, please help us. We are trying to install this application but when we open and add an adapter it keep showing an error

This is the exact error "Installation of the Adapter device driver failed."

any recommendation to fix this? Thanks!

btw we Installing the VPN in a Laptop with Windows 11 OS.

On ARM64 use L2TP/IPsec or SSTP built-in VPN client or OpenVPN "Windows ARM64 MSI installer".
