softether vpn server as proxy server

Hello.I have just configured softether vpn server in remote linux server.I have reverse connection from linux machine to my home computer. From my home machine i can establish vpn connection to remote linux machine.Remote linux machine is behind fortinet firewall and i dont have access to fortinet firewall. I am using nat-traversal feature in vpn server and it is working great. I want also my vpn server to acts as proxy too for my friend.So how to make it so vpn server worked for me as vpn connection and for my friend it worked as proxy ? Reminder:Remote linux is behind fortinet firewall and i dont have access to it .

Excuse me. Can you explain me more detailly ? I dont know what is cascade connection and how to configure it .Also i have forgot to mention that my friend's application requires socks ip and port .

i gave him VPN azure hostname but my friend cannot connect.
