VPN Server Manager access list

Sorry if this question has already been asked.
How can I restrict which IPs can access the VPN Server Manager? (exaclly manager, not VPN).

- You can use your server Firewall to restrict assess from a specific IP address or range or addresses
- You can use a proxy or SSH to access from your local machine to the remote machine
