Vpn not working

i have this error on setting vpn of windows :
Nous ne pouvons pas nous connecter à VPN
Le protocole de contrôle de liaison PPP a été arrêté.
translate :
We are unable to connect to the VPN.
The Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) control protocol has been stopped.
Please help
