Starting VPN client service genrate error 1067

Dear All, if you can help it will be great. I am using Windows 11 updated and the last version of SoftEther. I have been using this software for many years with 100% satisfaction. Suddenly its stops working, the VPN client service won't start. If started manually, it produces error 1067 during the process and comes to an end.
Done several things to solve this issue :
- Download again SoftEther last version
- Under system32 launch sfc scannow and dism cleanup-image + restorehealth
- Reset netware parameters
it didn't work.
Any suggestion is welcome

uninstall SoftEther
remove SE Virtual Network Adapter using the Device Manager

delete these:
"C:\Program Files\SoftEther VPN Client"
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Neo_*.sys
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_SEVPNCLIENT]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Neo_VPN]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SEVPNCLIENT]

boot it in "safe mode"
install SoftEther and check the service

Could not start the SoftEther VPN Client service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

There are many reasons for this error. I got it when %SystemRoot%\TEMP in VirtualBox OS guest was moved to the host's shared folder on a ramdisk.
