Change The Administrator password of localhost

I'm a new user of SoftEther VPN ... am trying to use for 1st time , but am stalled as every time click "connect" on th Server Manager page I get popup "Change The Administrator password of localhost" ... if I chang passwoed on that window ... does that change password to get on internet or with the provider? I can't proceed til I find this out ... am using neighbors wifi (with their approval) & can't change their password

If you just installed SE server, for the first time accessing it , it think it will asked for setting a new password.
But if already admin password has been set, it will ask to to enter it to login in.

Usually after compiling SE server (e.g on Linux) we can login (for the fist time) via vpncmd and set password by
- ServerPasswordSet
I think on Windows it has GUI and should be pretty straight forward to do.
You may share some screenshot to get better help.
