authentication failed probleam

but i have problem whit soft Ether
i run server A and B
and i config tunnel SSL whit site A,B first i make local user on site B then i Connected Client cascade connection on Site A
its work and all my traffic Nat By Site B ,whit client user connect site A whit l2tp or ovpn
but after one Day or 2 day connection client not work and they receive : authentication failed
and i check it , and understand if I disconnect cascade client on site A and reconnected to Site B user again can connected the site A , but after while its happen again , if iChange OS Site A its work for 1 week after then the problem back
can you help me ?
