IP Static for a user - help me i'm desperate

I need a specific user connected to vpn to always get the same IP.
How do I keep it always with the same IP every time I get a connection?
I desperately ask for help.

If you have physical admin access to the device, you can manually provide the IP address in the VPN adapter settings just as you would a normal network adapter. Make sure you add your DNS servers as well.

So if I go to the device to put the network card fixed IP should work?
The situation is as follows: I have a VOIP that when connected to the VPN must always keep the same IP so that I don't have to change the configuration on the users' softphone...
In the configuration file imported for connection .ovpn would not be able to add a parameter and always keep the ip I put in it?
For example, I'm using SecureNAT and it's set between 192.168.30.10 and 192.168.30.200. Connecting the voip I want to always have 1 ip of this range and always the same. ...
