Good Day, Masters, i have problem with the installation of my SE VPN Server.
I've Installed my vpn server like the following

( See Attachment, Thank You...)

I've put Port Forwarding on both ISP/MY RoUTER
the ports are 5555,4500,500 on both TCP/UDP

When its time to connect to server using SE VPN Client,
I always have Error 1.

Did I miss something on the installation?

Thanks for your time
nomad.

Does your ISP router has public IP address?
If so, post your configuration in detail.

Yes we have a public ip address
but i also tried to reach the public ip in a different isp, can't reach it.

My First installation i tried setup instruction step by step.
tried the SE VPN Client on the same network, at the time it worked.
when trying a different isp did not work.

my users are certificate based. should i change it to password based?

What do i do if i can't reach the public ip?

Anyway, if you could help, it will be a big help.
At meantime, i'll retry again from scratch.

Thank you
Nomad

Hello,

Did you forward the ports on your ISPs router to your router or the SE-VPN server? (should be fwd to your router). Then your router should forward to the SE-Server host.
When setting up the SE-Client are you choosing port 5555 ? Also can you see your virtual HUB in the dropdown?

Good Day,

It's a weird thing, My ISP router has already VPN Passthru function. And all my port forward entries are deleted after every reboot.
Same as my router it has VPN passthru. but my port forwards are still there.

in the ISP router single my port forwards
Public IP Address ---> local ISP assigned IP Address---> port:5555 type:UDP/TCP
Public IP Address ---> local ISP assigned IP Address---> port:500 type:UDP/TCP
Public IP Address ---> local ISP assigned IP Address---> port:4500 type:UDP/TCP

in My router my single port forwards
Server Host--->port:5555 type:UDP/TCP
Server Host---> port:500 type:UDP/TCP
Server Host--->port:4500 type:UDP/TCP

Still unable to connect thru SEVPN Client.
Also using a Single NIC.

ThankYOu
