SoftEther VPN User Forum

My one mac user hasn't connected remotely for several months, but this week we tried and are having issues. the VPN connects and gets a valid ip address. We are able to ping our sandbox woocommerce machine, but when we try to navigate to it from safari or chrome, it times out. My windows users have no issues, but they come in on a different port. I'm sort of at a loss on what went wrong or what to try. Any ideas? it was working in March.
