Problem config new VPN conection VirtualHubName always empty

Hi,
I tried to configure on VPN client a vpn conection, but at the momento I write the IP and the port, the "Virtual Hub Name" didn't fill automatically and is impossible to connect. Also tried to import a config log from other machine (Where it works) to this machine but isn't work
