VPN Client adapter - code 37

Hi there,
I had installed vpn client without problem, but can't enable vpn client adapter. VPN Client Adapter - VPN shows exclamation mark and under Device status it shows: Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
I have no AV installed. Windows 7 Ultimate version is installed as OS.
Any help?
