There is actual a paid iOS client called SSTP Connect, supporting both SSTP and softether.

Because it's open-source there's also opportunity for others to make clients for it independently. There's this one project (that seems to be inactive for a couple of years now) that tries making an Android app for SoftEther -- you might still test it out here:
