I made a server on my computer for my friends abroad to use.
Initially, port forwarding and firewall inbound configuration were performed.
I turned on the VPN server and asked my friend to connect with Public my IP, but couldn't connect.
I created an account and shared password. Even the pre-shared key was deleted.

I don't know what to set.

Public : 210.222.64.xxx
Static : 192.168.0.xx

My friend tried to connect to the VPN using Windows 10 and Android phone , but it failed.
Can you figure out how to set it up to be simple to use?
I didn't have any network expertise, so I searched the Internet and tried it, but it didn't work.

You did not say what you have done in port forwarding and firewall configuration.
Your friends can't connect from abroad. But can you connect via public internet? If so, then this is not an issue from the server side.
With such a general question and little information how are we supposed to help you?
