Export / Shortcut issue

hi,

i cant export any connection
and
i cant set the connection as startup connection

i know that this was working quite a long time ago, but now it wont.
The commands all are greyed out.

i am in as admin with admin privileges.

what can i do? Windows 10 x64 Pro 2009 20H2 SoftEther VPN 4.0 4.34 Build 9745

what i like to have is, that after each reboot of my rig, it should automatically reconnect to last vpn used.
