Can i connect an AWS EC2 instance by SOFTETHER enable VPN Azure

Can i connect an AWS EC2 instance by your enable VPN Azure or do you have a different service if i want to connect my aws domain controller with my local network PC
when i follow this https://selinks.org/?vpnazure
i get this error on my window vpn
the ppp link control protocol was terminated
Any solution to that ?
