Gateway randomly unreachable

sometimes remote gateway became unreachable for vpn users, I noted because I ping 3 host (gateway, dns and nas) and sometimes only gateway became unreachable. this happens to all vpn users, randomly: it can happen every 10-15 mins or after a couple of hours. the same gateway is always reachable from users in LAN, no issue
