Hi,

I'm interested how to allow specific user to connect only to dedicated workstation using remote desktop connection inside lan, when connected to SE VPN server and accessed lan (SecureNAT is enabled). How to prohibit users to connect to other hosts.

That would be a function (feature, or limitation) of the Windows PC. On the PC you allow the user to connect to, enter the login name in the Remote Desktop Connection user group. If the user is not in the user group, access is automatically denied. For an AD environment, hoping you are not blindly have domain users in that group.
