Two-way communication

Hello,
I have configured softether VPN such that when I connect to vpn, I have communication to vpn server, mail server and all devices on the network but I dont have communication from for example file server to vpn client.
I need to reconfigured it in such a way as to have access from the server to client.
Can anyone help me with this, any tips?
