Alternative Access List for hub (Localbridge)

Hello. I have a hub in local bridge mode. The Access list is almost useless in this mode of operation of the concentrator. Tell me how I can prohibit my hub: (hub22) with the tap_vpn interface, (ip/192.168.30.0/24) which is served using Dnsmasq to prohibit Internet connections via 465 port. But on other interfaces of my server, port 465 should remain available. Please help me.

Are you bridging with that tap device or another device?
