hi,

i haven't tried it but it seems similar to openvpn, so it should work with some tweaking.

try following the same steps for openvpn (passing /dev/net/tun to container for example).

if you get stuck let us know here

Hi, i have been trying to do this for quite some time already but i totally cant get it to work at all. the TAP device is not getting any mac-address from the network and i have no idea how to troubleshoot the problem.

i have posted on this forum and proxmox forum and reddit for help but i'm not getting any insights at all.

i guess the safest way to do is to build on VMs, not LXC. but unfortunately for me, i dont have much resources to play on VMs.

You should try some tweaking and follow same steps as openvpn (passing /dev/net/tun to container for example).
