Softether client wont work with Sonicwall Firewall

Hello. I am having an issue with Softether VPN client giving error 1 when behind my SonicWall TZ400. If I bypass the firewall completely and connect the computer directly to the modem, Softether connects just fine and is fast and reliable. Please somebody assist me here.
