VPN doesn't connect to the countries you choose, why?

I have passed several times select to connect in United States and do not connect to United States connect to France or to the same country where I am.

And when I select to connect to United Kingdom it connects to other countries like India or Morocco that is happening? before the VPN was accurate and connected to the country you selected but lately not, because this happening, someone can answer?
