routing public ip to private ip

Hello

I am having issue routing VPN Softether.

I have private ip machine 13.21.0.220 (hosted in aws)

when i connected to VPN, i cannot ping to that machine and NC as well.

permission and security group has been setup properly.

I am guessing the VPN assumed that 13.21.0.220 this is public ip and send the traffic over internet.

I just need the way to route traffic 13.21.0.220 to local network.

Do your solved route routing problem? You may use a static route.
