Site to Site L2TP/IPsec VPN between Checkpoint and SoftEther

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a site to site VPN between Checkpoint and SoftEther. Checkpoint is the VPN initiator but does not support L2TPv3. The IKE exchange is operating but I need L2TP to join the networks. Any suggestions on how to implement the L2TP encapsulation before the packets are delivered over the Checkpoint connection to SoftEther would be great.
