Can you access a website by directly using its IP address and not its domain name? If yes you should check the DNS server address you are pushing with secure nat.

Maybe you have configured wrong? :) Also SecureNAT is really slow, pretty much useless if you compare to local bridge, check out this tutorial if you are interested: http://az.cokh.net/softether-vpn-server ... at-server/

Where the RST come from?
Please try to disable Raw IP mode SecureNAT.
