Is it possible to change the port of the config file? I want to change the port because 9201 port is the only working config in my location .
Thanks

Your question isn't specific enough. Are you referring to the VPN Server config file or the VPN Client config file?

Yes. Connect to Vpn Server and bottom right button it says "OpenVPN / MS-SSTP Setting" ... click there and you can change the port.

Create a new listener port to match the port you put in. So if you chose 9201, then create a new Listener port. Keep in mind it is TCP only. The defaults that you are already in the box are 443, 992, 1194 (you can delete this one), and 5555

If you want to change port number, you have to create own VPN server.
