can't create new virtual adapter by using windows 10

i try to create virtual adapter any way i was try to turn off firewall and turn off window defender but i not work any way. i got message installation of the virtual network adapter device driver fail. after create new virtual how can i create new virtual server can someone help me fix this prob?

Do you have administrator privilege?

I had this problem earlier today on Win10 Pro until I downloaded the newest build which I think is b9578. It worked fine after upgrading the client.

now i can create virtual adapter after i install window 10 pro but can't in window 10 edu that i used it.
