Can't Connect

Hi guys need some help. I downloaded the SoftEther VPN client build 9570 recently. My problem is i couldnt establish any connection using TCP Protocol. Whenever i tried to connect it will show that "Error (Error Code 2):
Protocol error occurred. Error was returned from the destination server". Can anyone help me in solving this issue. Your help are much appreciated.

Please check the server log.
